Join us at EHI on Saturday, September 25th, 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM for another NSAW-approved, CEU-accredited seminar. This presentation is great for veterans who deal with PTSD and will help them heal through their work and relationships using the horses. Ebony Horsewomen, Inc. Equestrian and Therapeutic Center is pleased to host a series of unique workshops on equine-assisted therapy and equine-assisted psychotherapy at its facility in Hartford, CT. Led by President and CEO Patricia Kelly, Ebony Horsewomen has achieved positive change in adults, children, families, and veterans using equine-assisted psychotherapy, equine-based programming, and therapeutic riding for the past 37 years. Speakers will be President/CEO of EHI, Patricia Kelly, Certified EAP therapist Melita Arms, community activist and trainer, Kelvin Lovejoy, psychologist Dr. Regina Washington, and Bettina Viereck, Ph.D., Dipl-Psych, MFA.

This workshop provides three continuing education credits (CECs) for veterans and cultural competency. We continue to adhere to all COVID-19 safety protocols. Masks are required, and most of the activities will be outdoors.
